  • How do I place an order?

    You can place your order directly through our website by selecting your items and checkout. For special requests, feel free to use the contact form!

  • Do you offer delivery?

    Delivery is limited and depends on the order size and distance. We’ll contact you after checkout if delivery is an option. Otherwise, pickup is the standard.

  • When can I pick up my order?

    Pickup times are weekday evenings after 5 PM or anytime on weekends. You’ll select your pickup slot at checkout.

  • Do you ship baked goods?

    Not at this time. We operate under Arizona’s cottage food laws and only offer local pickup (and limited delivery where possible).

  • Do you take custom orders?

    It depends! Feel free to reach out via the contact page with your idea. We’re a small-batch bakery, so we can’t always accommodate every request, but we’ll do our best.

  • Do you make gluten-free, vegan, or allergy-friendly items?

    We do not currently offer gluten-free or vegan options. While some items may not include allergens like nuts, all items are made in a home kitchen that processes common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, and nuts.

  • What is a “Story Cake”?

    It’s one of our signature offerings! Each cake comes with a short piece of folklore, legend, or whimsy that inspired the flavor because at Sugarlore, every bite tells a story.

  • Do you sell at farmers markets or events?

    Yes! We occasionally pop up at local markets. Follow us on social media or check our Market page for announcements.

  • Can I order for a party or event?

    We love small gatherings! If you’re planning an event, let us know in advance so we can discuss options and timeline.
