Name: UnknownOccupation: Civilian (data incomplete)Incident Date: 2025-11-04Location: Downtown CorridorIncident Summary:At approximately 08:47, Subject #1427 was observed kneeling to tie his shoe in the middle of an otherwise busy pedestrian walkway.
At the same time, an unidentified individual, clad in a horned helmet, exhibited teleportation-based abilities and referred to himself as “a god”, was attempting to evade apprehension with a small, high-energy artifact (hereafter referred to as The Tesseract) concealed within a briefcase.
During the subject’s shoe-tying maneuver, he unknowingly obstructed the path of the unidentified individual, causing said individual to trip and fall. This resulted in the briefcase being dislodged and landing in front of a nearby waste receptacle.
The subject, noticing the unclaimed briefcase and unaware of the ongoing incident, retrieved it and handed it to a nearby undercover agent, believing it to be lost property. to.
The Tesseract was subsequently secured. This chain reaction, combined with Subject #1427's questionable spatial awareness, prevented a potentially catastrophic event that would have impacted multiple city blocks.
Observation:This was the third time Subject was seen trying to tie his shoe. Subject #1427 should be advised to learn basic knot security to avoid future pedestrian interference.
Subject #1427 displayed no awareness of the artifact or the threat it posed.
The unidentified individual exhibited visible confusion, attempted to recover The Tesseract, and teleported away before apprehension could be achieved.
Outcome:Artifact secured without incident
Civilian casualties: 0
Property damage: minimal
Subject #1427 remains unaware of their role in the containment event
Additional Notes:Cross-referencing surveillance footage has yet to produce a confirmed ID. IT insists the footage “just stopped working” during the incident.
Recommend ongoing observation in case of future inadvertent interventions.
Consider whether commendation or confidentiality is appropriate, given the subject’s lack of awareness.
